Kukeri at the Bulgarian Picnic 2011
This YouTube video is of the Seattle Kukeri at the annual Bulgarian Picnic, Lake Sammamish, Issaquah, Washington, near Seattle. It was the first presentation of the Seattle Kukeri to the Bulgarian community. The Seattle Kukeri were produced by the Radost Folk Ensemble under the direction of Tom and Sidney Deering. Many of the masks and bells were loaned by Bruce Cochran of the San Francisco Bay area.
